"The room was clean and a good size for a single traveler. Check-in was a bit hectic with computer issues so I did not get confirmation on my valet. The associate who took care of me did not speak loud enough for me to hear her but I think she lacked a bit of customer service skills. She did not seem confident under the circumstances. I had booked 2 rooms through a third party so I was not thrilled when I found out I was the only person on the 10th floor. With that being said, I did call the hotel directly to confirm my rooms a couple of days prior and was not notified of room placement. I also was not told that I would have to go down steps to get to my room? That would have been an issue if I was not in shape for an elderly person. What a maze the room placements are!!! Wow! You need a road map to navigate ! Ay over priced in my eyes. With all of that said. I would stay there again just for the ease of location! I eould recommend but with the thought of it not being a luxury hotel just because of cramped quarters from elevator to room sizes."

"Everything about this particular hotel, home setting staff was very courteous, breakfast buffet was very delicious. Housekeeping stopped by to check to see if I needed any service. I was a two night stay. Front desk agents were very polite. Fitness center was clean pool area also well maintained."

"Room was clean. Staff nice at check in. Okay in the Am. Check out time at 12 was nice. Rooftop resturant was fun . Weather was very accomodating. Did not realize would be charged for parking. Barn door in room did not cover bathroom completely. Lights in room should have a dimmer or different brightness by bed side. No small fridge. Beds were comfortable."
