"very family friendly hotel located right on the strip. it is an older hotel however it's not terrible by any means and is going into renovations. the lobby is so cozy and welcoming, rooms are nothing to complain about except maybe poor bathroom layout. one and I my complaint from us ok maybe 2. hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke and room doors need insulation badly for hall noise. definitely will be back though as it didn't ruin the stay at all for the price for sure. "

"We didn't have any breakfast but the bar and dinner was wonderful!!! The room was very clean and comfortable. Just wish the beds were a little softer. My only complaint is I wish the outside was bigger for the fire. The pictures made it look like it would be extremely bigger. "

"We stayed at Park Vista – during Christmas week and absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing! so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. My kids especially loved the indoor pool with the water slides it was a huge hit and such a perfect activity during the winter weather. It really made our trip extra special and gave the kids something fun to look forward to every day. The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything felt well taken care of. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to families visiting Gatlinburg!"
