"Beautiful property. Our family enjoyed sitting on the dock and enjoying the dolphins. The pool area was great. There were plenty of tables and seating everywhere that we really appreciated! Very well appointed with a great kitchen full of pots and utensils! Had some great family meals. The house was the vacation for us…we never left! The family already asked when we can go back!"

"This place is awesome! One of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed in. I thought it was even better than the pictures. Loved how well it was stocked with EVERYTHING, including beach items! "The stay at Jeff's Penthouse condo was Amazing !! It was one of the best vacation properties that suited our whole family. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, relaxing and everything we could have asked for. There was nothing lackng in the condo from linens, towels, kitchen items, to pool / beach accessories and even baby items. It was large enough for some of our local family to come over and visit. We will definitely look at renting the property again in the future. Thanks su much Jeff for having your home available for us to share. THE SANDERS FAMILY"

"I am absolutely in love with Michelle’s condo! From the minute we walked through the door, we were instantly blown away at how impressive this condo is. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was spotless and so beautifully decorated, so many little details that made this property truly special. The balcony is amazing, and the jetted tub is an added bonus! My kids instantly found the toy box and found their favorites to play with during our stay. The entire time we were there, my kids and I kept saying to each other how much we loved it, how we wished we lived there, and how we never wanted to leave. Honestly my family just wants to move in! My hope is that everyone who books this room will respect it and take care of it, so that it continues to stay as nice as it currently is. New Smyrna Beach is my happy place, and this property is the icing on the cake. Now that we’ve stayed here, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else when I’m in NSB, and in fact I am already planning our next trip to stay in this condo!"

"It was a beautiful condo, we had some Issues with the kitchen pipe, it was taken care fast and the same day. The shower drain In the master bathroom was clogged as well, we used a plunger and got the water to drain. Over all it was nice condo, clean, bed were confortable. We would stay there again. Only has one elevator working."

"When we got there, we had a hard time getting in. But after leaving a voicemail and texting, we found that we had to put the code in while pulling the door towards us. That would’ve been good to know 15 minutes earlier. When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the unit and the 3 1/2 baths. The balcony is nice. We did notice crumbs on the top of the toaster and a little bit of something in the bottom of the freezer which made me wonder about the cleaning so didn’t use the tub. The only other thing we were surprised with was not having trash bags in the unit. There was one in the wastebasket in the kitchen, but when we ran out, we found out that they don’t supply any you have to go buy them. Maybe it’s just this area but for 50 years we’ve gone on vacation and they always have like five bags every time we’ve stayed. I just thought that was weird. I also only saw one dishwasher pod and they said to use that the day we left so, like I said, we always had a few of those kind of things in other places we have stayed. The unit is a little dated but that doesn’t bother me. We did have a good week there. It’s a good point to go up down the coast a little bit and visit other things also."
