"The villa is part of a small collection of villas and bungalows in a quiet location, with a nice pool. There is a village nearby with shops and tavernas. The property manager, Effie, was responsive and helpful. When we arrived we found there was an issue with the villa that we had booked, which Effie resolved quickly by upgrading us. The property was generally clean but some maintenance is required."

"Perfect view of sea and mountains off the beaten track. Bit tricky to find but well worth it. The villa had everything you need and the manager responded to queries very quickly over WhatsApp . It was lovely waking up to the sound of the sheep and goats running past with their little bells. A car is a must and there’s lots to do in surrounding areas. Such a lovely holiday"

"Villa Kristina has a wonderful pool and outside area, located in a very rural location which is peaceful with stunning views out to sea to the North. The interior offered everything we needed, it is dated and the bathrooms are quite small but all that we needed for a family stay. "This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The house and the surrounding is quiet nice. In the fridge were the most needed things for us-great! Unfortunately some things in the house has become old. The bathrooms need a refreshment and the doors to the balcony and terrace couldn’t be locked."

"Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. The pool was brilliant such a tranquil spot . We loved our stay at Reina . Thanks Stella . "

"All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. It was great to have a plunge pool which was larger than we thought and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and water. Having a waterpark was a huge plus for our boys. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the beach facilities were - if choosing all inclusive, you paid for nothing at the beach. There were beautiful covered beds, fruit, drinks, and Prosecco served to you as well as a wonderful beach side bar and restaurant as part of the package; you could also pay as you go and use all beach facilities. While we didn’t use it, there appeared to be plenty of room for chairs by the main pool, and there were always lounge chairs available by the waterslides. Overall, it seemed really well staffed for the number of guests and never felt crowded. There was a wide variety of food every night, always including high quality Greek food, as well as range of other food that made everyone in our family happy. The fruit trays they offer are phenomenal! It was great to be so central for short day trips to Lake Kournas, Chania and Rethymno. Highly recommended. "
