Entering the main entrance of Villa Rouga, on the first floor, we are in an open plan space with a spacious living room and a modern, contemporary kitchen. The beautiful arches, the fireplace, the soft colors, the artifacts of Cretan art and the minimal, modern style, blended with vintage touches are the features that make the space an "oasis" of relaxation!

The long, L-shaped sofa, the LCD Smart TV of 50" with Netflix, DVD player and Bluetooth system and the A/C system promise to your favorite spot on your breaks from swimming and sunbathing under the hot sun!
The airy and bright kitchen, with a wooden dining table in retro-modern style, offers all necessary and contemporary appliances to the cook or cooks of the party to create favorite recipes and enjoy them around the dining table!

Alternatively, you may choose to have your meal on the stone paved veranda, accessed from this level. The big dining table for eight guests under the contemporary pergola, the modern nest shaped swing, the built-in sitting areas around and of course, the imposing mountains and the sea in the horizon will compose unique views, moments and memories for your friends or your family!

The first-floor hosts one bedroom with a king size bed, big closet, safe, A/C and En-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower cabinet, facilities for a super comfortable stay. The bedroom has access to a private balcony, with a wonderful view of the village and the lush natural landscape!

Ascending the staircase up to the second floor, we find a second King size bedroom, with En-suite shower bathroom, A/C, open closet bright colors and summer style decoration! A delightful surprise awaits the guests of this bedroom: a Hot Tub placed at the upper balcony, accessed from this bedroom, to offer moments of unique pleasure, accompanied with the magic view of the Cretan countryside, the imposing mountains and Almyrida bay! During sunset time, you will have the chance to enjoy a unique painting that nature has created!

Descending to the ground floor of the villa, we find the two other bedrooms, with twin beds and En-suite bathrooms, one with a spacious bath and the other one with a shower Jet cabinet. Both bedrooms are decorated in a romantic, vintage but also modern style, with beautiful, summer decorative items. They are also equipped with A/C, closets, and a safe. Both bedrooms look to the beautiful landscape that unravels beneath their private verandas next to the pool.

The ground floor is also equipped with a second, smaller but functional kitchen, as well as a utility room with washing machine, for extra comfort. The villa's luxurious amenities do not stop here! A contemporary gym with a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, fitness equipment, a ping pong table and a big sauna are amenities that respond to the expectations even of the most demanding guests.

In the same space, there is the ability for two extra single beds to be added, to host two extra guests and mainly, the children of the party.

Fluffy bathrobes and towels, personal hygiene items and other accessories are offered for free to the guests, as well as high speed Wi-Fi connection through the property.

✔ Heating of the pool is included, also, in the booking price.
