  • Houses by the Sea is a property made up of two apartment rentals in Almyrida, Crete.

    The two units, Kastellina and Emmanouela, are just 50 meters from the sea and close to the village, which offers all essentials.

    The tastefully-furnished apartments offer all amenities. Kastellina has 3 bedrooms, while Emmanouela has 2 bedrooms. Each apartment has its own outdoor area for al fresco dining.

    Houses by the Sea’s strategic location is ideal for a relaxing vacation, while at the same time within easy reach of Crete’s most beautiful beaches and famous tourist sights.

    At the disposal of each apartment’s guests: beach 50 meters away; shops, restaurants and businesses just meters away; air conditioning; Wifi internet; private terrace equipped with barbecue, table and chairs

    Distances: beach 50 meters away; shops, bars, restaurants and various businesses (car rental) just meters away; Chania 25 km; airport 35 km.

    Raised ground floor (up 6 steps): living room (air conditioning) with fireplace, satellite TV and access to private terrace equipped with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining, dining area and kitchen corner (oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower.
    Lower floor: bedroom with 2 single beds.
    First floor: double bedroom (air conditioning) with private terrace; bathroom with bathtub and washing machine; bedroom (air conditioning) with 2 single beds and private balcony; access to small terrace furnished with 2 sun loungers.

    The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

We had a great time in Kastellina! Perfet location to the amazing ????️ beach and very cozy house. And Posarelli Villas was very helpful for our stay! Definitely recommend!!

We had a fabulous time at this property. It is literally a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants. Very clean house, everything worked perfectly. The air con was very quiet, the beds incredibly comfortable, could not fault it. Our host was also terrific at staying in touch and answering queries. If you want a nice house with easy access to the beach, you couldn't do much better. We will certainly be back.

An ideal villa in the centre of Almyrida, steps from the beach. This was an ideal home for our family vacation. The basement room was great for my teenage sons whilst the upstairs bedrooms had bright views from their balconies.

Nice little house just 60 m from the sea with restaurants and beaches. Since the house is set back from the road along the beach, its more quiet and you dont hear the noise from the restaurants. At the same time the sea and restaurants are close. The two bedrooms on the first floor both have a balcony. From the balcony in the master bedroom there is a beautiful seaview.

Location location location! You can not beat being steps from the water…Especially when traveling with children. We had everything we could possibly need: beach, playground, great restaurants just steps away. Even parking! Castelina was great in communicating with us and giving us recommendations for food etc. We would certainly return to this gem of a city… if you want a chill beach vacation, perfect with little ones… this is it! So charming and relaxing!

We had a very nice time at Villa Castellina. The welcome by our hostess Castellina was very warm. Due to problems with the rental car we were later than planned, but this was no problem at all. There was wine, water and something tasty waiting for us in the refrigerator and the air conditioning was on so that we arrived in a nice cool house. Kastellia regularly inquired whether everything was in order. That was very nice and the small problems that arose were resolved well. It was also nice that the cleaning ladies came by twice and that the sheets were changed. All in all a good experience. Beautiful neighborhood en surroundings!
