「We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

「Staff amenities and transportation 10/10」

「Clean room and the staff are very helpful」

「This is a beautiful and peaceful hotel with excellent customer service. I have nothing bad to say about it. It excedeed my expectations. There is a lof of flexibility to have breakfast as there is no limited schedule same as the other services like the sauna, jacuzzi and turco which are opened 24/7. Highly recommeded.」

「Food quality needs to improve.」

「Beautiful property」

「Casa Colonial was a very nice surprise. The house is beautiful and the room was very nice. A private balcony with an spectacular view and a great private jacuzzi. Theres also a hot tub in the patio and a fire pit with a lot of privacy. I would definitely recommend Casa Colonial and I’ll come again. 」
