Welcome to our modern and fully air-conditioned home, perfect for your stay in Apia! This spacious house features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and en-suite, and the other with two queen beds. There’s an additional bathroom with a washing machine, a cozy lounge with a TV, unlimited 🛜 internet, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with basic appliances. Nestled in an enclosed, gated compound for your privacy, the property is conveniently located just minutes from the heart of Apia, close to shops, town, and the stunning Taumeasina Island Resort. Ideal for comfort and convenience! * Please note that this is a Cash Powered house and we will gift $20 power per day of your stay. Any extra power expenses will be at your own cost. Instructions are inside the house for the usage of cash power.
