「This is not hotel it’s just rooms pretending to be hotel in residential building!」

「They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. The receptionist didn’t bother himself to share with us the internet connection procedure and the breakfast time and location. Later, after arguing with the receptionist, they...

「This place is amazing! The view over the mountains is fantastic and the rooms are very nice designed and clean. The breakfast was also very good. I will definitely come back again, it’s worth a trip to Banja Luka only to visit this hotel.」

「　街の中心部(2km)とバスターミナル・鉄道駅(600m)の間にある。バスターミナルからの交通手段があまり良くなさそうなので、すぐに徒歩で行けて助かった。 　部屋はアップグレードされたのか、ベッドが大きく、バルコニー付きだったけれど、デスクと椅子がなったため、レストランのものを貸してもらった。 　朝食付きにしたけれど、ごく一般的なビュッフェ式で、地方色はなかったけれど必要十分の内容だった。 　利用はしていないけれど、食事のルームサービスもあって、便利かもしれない。」

「Sve je bilo besprijekorno čisto i uredno, a sobe su izuzetno udobne. Osoblje je preljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek na usluzi za sve što zatreba. Posebna pohvala ide restoranu – hrana je fantastična i svaki obrok je bio pun pogodak」

「Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room .」

「Absolutely incredible hotel. Beautiful on the inside. Very clean. Right in the middle of town, close to everything. Hotel owner was incredible. Very nice! Breakfast was delicious.」
