all apa hitels are great value for money,yes the room is small,but if you are using your hotel for anything other than sleeping,you are doing vacations wrong.this one has a exelent view pool on the roof,and a 7/11 inside it.amazing

5 min walk to Hiroshima station so handy for us for the Shinkansen trains as we did a long day trip out, and for arriving/leaving (though there are 3 other APA hotels close to the station so make sure you put the correct one into google maps!!!) We had JR passes which also allowed us free travel on the sightseeing bus from the station to the Peace Memorial, A Dome so this was handy too. Rooms are small as mentioned before but clean, beds comfy. Breakfast included which was a bonus, we enjoyed the Japanese breakfast but there are eggs, small sausages, some pastries/croissants available too. Shopping centre and eateries in the main station and 7-11 and Lawson very close by too. If you don’t have massive suitcases and don’t mind the small rooms then would defo recommend.

Service was fine and the location was convenient. The room was tidy and had most conveniences (no mocrowave or safe though). I fid not use the hot tub. But the room was depressingly small - barely enough room to the window, no place to unpack and the bathroom could only be used one person at a time. The pillows were the most uncomfortable ive ever had but for a 3 night stay and the price and being out during the day, it worked.

Excellent Stay at APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Shikansenguchi. I recently had a fantastic stay at the APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Ohashi and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short 5-6 minute walk from Hiroshima Station, which makes traveling around the city and beyond extremely easy. It's also close to convenience stores and dining options. The hotel itself maintains a high standard of cleanliness. My room, while typically compact for a Japanese business hotel, was spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. A major highlight was the excellent facilities, particularly the indoor public bath and hot springs—a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located hotel with great amenities in Hiroshima, the APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Shinkansenguchi is an outstanding choice and offers great value for money.

Apa hotels are always very clean from my experience. This hotel had a wonderful public bath with indoor and open air baths for the guests. Rooms are good sized. Restaurant downstairs had good door for breakfast. I missed dinner but there are plenty of food options in walking distance. Close to Hiroshima station for easy access to the city center and Shinkansen. Parking onsite as well if you are driving. Great value for money when staying here.
