"The room smelled terribly, window trim paint was still wet and it smelled like oil paint. When I asked for a different room, I was assured it was as nice, not even close. I had paid a premium for a large room with a view and I was offered a small dark room looking at a wall. So I kept the first room and had to air it out as best as I could. The crew was painting other rooms too. It’s very amateur of a hotel to allow a guest to check into a room with wet paint, they didn’t seem at all concerned that I was bothered by this. The room was not particularly clean, dude bunnies and hair on the bathroom floor. The shower floor wasn’t installed on a proper angle and the water flooded out. When I booked on Expedia, the offer was for a drink per guest. They left cookies in the room and said that was the equivalent of a drink. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is in a great location and has some positives but certainly needs to up their game. "

"we had a relaxing city break at this lovely modern design hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. very central location, lots of affordable food options just outside the hotel. room was spacious, bed was a DREAM! a few things to know: - hotel charges for EARLY check-in! - sauna not included in the room cost - no free upgrade available when I mentioned hotels.com/expedia gold status (tho rooms were not all booked up) we would defo book again, location was great."

"An excellently-located hotel for travellers arriving at and leaving from Brussels Midi station, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Our stay was less than great because of the temperature of the room, which when we arrived was probably in the high 20sºC and as such unbearable. When we told the front desk staff as we left for the evening the solution offered was to switch off the room's heating completely – when we returned the temperature had lowered slightly, but it was only in the small hours of the morning that it was anything like acceptable. The person on check-out the next morning was apologetic that the temperature had been so high."

"The room was spotless, SO quiet, very clean. Comfy bed. Great cooking amenities. Nice deep bath & powerful shower. It was very cosy. The staff were so helpful. They got me a fan when I found my room was too hot. It's nice and close to Grand Place but you don't hear any noise! Right next to De Broukere train too. And plenty of shops. Carrefour opposite. I will 100% stay here next time i am in Brussels! ❤️"
