The apartment was great and air conditioner worked excellent ( it was very hot outside)
The only problem was with the dryer.
The dryer ruined a load of clothes
I called Luc De Cleir and send him the pictures of the damaged clothing.
His reply " never had this problem...nothing wrong with the dryer "
He refused to pay the 384.34$
of damaged clothing
He refused to reply on my claim
He told me to contact my insurance
I expect to be reimbursed by VRBO
or Mr De Cleir
AGAIN OUR STAY WAS GREAT NO COMPLAINS EXCEPT THE DRYER
WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT
