「Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean, and a good value for the amount of space. I do not care for the additional credit card hold many hotels are doing these days. That should be better stated during the initial booking. They offered a full breakfast with many options. Overall, the stay was pleasant. 」
「The front desk was very accomodating to our request for late check in and late check out due to a death in the family that day. The room was wonderful - renovated and sparkling clean. The parking staff were also excellent - they helped direct us to the nearest entrance in middle of the night.」
「I booked this hotel as a place to stay while attending the Incarceration festival in Mansfield. I chose one of the cheapest hotels I could find and I had low expectations, and I found that the hotel was better than what I thought it would be. It's somewhat nice for what it is.」

「It was a good stay. the food at breakfast was great! We had to stay overnight due to a wait on a few things so we stayed here and I will continue to book with them. The Crowne is always my go to place to stay when in Columbus mainly because of the food. I traveled with my mom and one year old and we were able to get a crib. Only downside to the crib is there were two mattresses and she was able to climb out onto the beds so we took the one mattress out and we had no other issues from then on. 」
