"The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available. It was not fixed during the stay and I was only offered a $40 credit. I would never stay here again. "

"Quaint, comfortable and clean. Addition of many live plants made stay more cozy. Great location, near many shops and restaurants. Loved the heated seat in the bathroom, a nice touch. A couple of cons: large kitchen but no cooktop, access to a hot plate would be nice; difficult to park and maneuver a mid-sized or larger vehicle, not enough room to turn around on the property, had to back out a steep driveway with a blind corner; traffic on the main road pretty substantial during the day, have to give yourself extra time for commuting away from rental if you are on a schedule needing to arrive somewhere at a specific time (not a worry if no timetable). Overall a nice place, would stay again if in the area. "

"The fridge had some kind of brown substance on the bottom and the freezer had old ice cream that had mold and look like its been in the freezer for a while but other then that the room was okay and the beds where not comfortable but okay. The staff was okay too but I couldn’t understand the staff on what he was talking to me about when I checked in to the room. "
