「Los Faroles Hotel y Spa was AMAZING! If I could rate 6 stars out of 5, I totally would. Luisa met us during check in, and she made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was included and delicious. One day during our stay we left early to go to Acatenango, and the staff made sure we had break packed and ready to go. 「Would not stay here again. No English speaking staff. No washcloths. No A/C. Room was supposed to come with breakfast daily, no breakfast. The bed was extremely hard. There were no stores in the proximity of hotel. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience. 」
