The iconic Villa includes 6 en-suite bedrooms all with sea views. The large garden has a pool & summer kitchen. Less than a 10 mins walk to heart of Antibes and Juan le Pins, offering total independence to all guests. Within a 3 min walk is a patisserie, grocery store and Ponteil beach with its famed beach hut for snacks and the Royal Beach Club.

The villa was beautiful, spacious and conveniently located -- perfect for a family holiday. It is across the street from a lovely beach, and an easy walk to the historic part of Antibes. Even with shops and restaurants as close as a minute walk away, the house has a lawn and pool that make it a quiet and relaxing retreat. The owners connected us with a local chef who prepared amazing dinners. The villa was a great find.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this property and host enough!The Space: The house was recently renovated, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor space—perfect for dining while taking in the stunning view.The Host: Communication was excellent from start to finish. Ed was incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive to our needs.The Highlight: Ed went above and beyond by arranging a private chef for us (Nicholas). It was an incredible experience and truly one of the highlights of our entire trip!Location: Perfect and very central! It was an easy drive to and from the airport, and we loved that we could easily walk into Old Antibes and explore the local markets.

A beautiful home in a great location. Close to necessary amenities. Great host. Communicated before arrival and during, if necessary. Arranged for a great chef as needed as well.
