Petite chambre très bien aménagée, fonctionnelle. Très bonne localisation (2 min de la plage et des 1 er restaurants). Personnel aux petits soins. Internet au top. Super séjour!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Lou Juan and I already am thinking about going back when I return to Cote D'Azur. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, extending a lot of hospitality and thoughtfulness during my visit. The hotel is well located just a few meters from the beach which is fantastic for spontaneous morning swims or sunset strolls. It is very comfortable and the location is excellent for exploring Juan-Les-Pins and the surrounding region. You're just a short walk to Antibes, and the nearby train station makes Cannes, Nice, and other highlights very accessible. Juan-Les-Pins is also a more relaxes seaside town compared to these others and so it was preferable as the base. I highly recommend Lou Juan to any one planning a visit to the region!

Hotel was well located 2 minutes walk to the beach and about 10 -15 minutes to train station Lovely breakfast continental style Staff were extremely helpful and friendly Room was tiny bathroom was reasonable in size however seperate toilet would definitely be described as very compact and difficult to manoeuvre in.

What a unique great little boutique hotel 1 block from the beach and beach front shopping and restaurants. Staff was amazing and spoke great English and apparently 5 different languages. They helped us book a 3 hour boat cruise along the Riviera the night before when it wasn't possible online. Amazing fresh breakfast and very quaint patio. Looks like it used to be a home. Fresh update and good working A/C. I highly recommend it for a little getaway from the the busyness that travel can provide. Fresh linens upon request.

Smart choice in Juan Les Pins

Excellent service at this small hotel. Comfortable beds, a nice shower, and functioning air conditioning are my three main requirements for European hotels in the summer, and they ticked all those boxes.

Struttura totalmente rinnovata, nuova e pulita. Camera con vista mare. Personale cordiale. Hotel vicino binari dei treni, quindi si sentono un po di rumori ma gestibile. Per chi ama silenzio e tranquillità non saprei se consigliarlo in quanto in zona ci sono molti party con musica alta (infatti le camere non sono del tutto insonorizzate) Avrei gradito un rotolo di carta igienica in più e due bagnoschiuma (anziché 1) in quanto eravamo in due. Accanto l’archeggio pubblico gratuito, difficile da trovare posto, ma a volte un pizzico di fortuna può aiutare. In ogni caso ottima esperienza per essere un tre stelle

The location is fabulous 50 yards from a public beach. We had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the water. Great breakfast which went to 11 am for those fighting jet lag. Nice garden to sit in and read. Super friendly staff who were very helpful to my traveling compaion who was recovering from hip surgery.

I see it marketed as a luxury hotel, but do not see the luxury at the moment. The gap between the toilet and bathroom door/wall was so small that you had to sit at an angle to avoid squashing your knees. We had a loose tap fitting which took 2 days to be fixed. We kept being given 2 bath towels when there were 4 of us in the room and had to ask for the missing 2 towels almost daily. The room was not hoovered or swept during our 5 night stay. The curtains were grubby along the length of the edge/hem There was no kettle - only coffee machine Glasses were not taken away or replaced Fridge didn’t feel cold and began to drip The breakfast was expensive at 19 euros each You could hear guests in neighbouring rooms very easily which is a shame as I understand the hotel was renovated recently and wonder why soundproofing wasn’t addressed at that point The outside patio with parasols looks like it has great potential but at present not used by any guests

Séjour absolument parfait chez Lou Juan à Juan-les-Pins ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné du début à la fin. L’hôte est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins ou donner de précieux conseils sur les environs. Le logement était impeccable, décoré avec goût, confortable et parfaitement équipé. La localisation est idéale, à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces. Une véritable parenthèse de bonheur — je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un excellent séjour sur la Côte d’Azur !

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel par hasard pourtant Juan les Pins, nous connaissons depuis des années. C’est une vraie découverte : le personnel est d’une efficacité et chaque coin de cet hébergement est une merveille. La décoration est Zen et cocooning et d’une élégance. Le petit déjeuner est servi en salle ou dans un jardin : le paradis. Nous reviendrons car nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur. Alors à très bientôt

Well located spotless hotel with friendly staff

Hotel is very well located for restaurants, public transport and beach. Exceptional welcome and great hospitality from the start from Hajer at reception. Room and en-suite spotless, a bit small but perfectly adequate for us, out enjoying the region every day. Good continental breakfast available. All the staff were very friendly. No lift so this might be an issue for some people. Soundproofing not great but again not a big concern for us. Will return.

Hotel ben restaurato, con gusto, bel giardinetto con ottima colazione. Camere piccole, bagno ancor di piu; nello specifico la mia aveva una porta comunicante ed era come avere gli altri ospiti in camera...inoltre canali TV solo francesi, contrariamente a quanto indicato da info del QR code , cosa di cui i titolari sono parsi sorpresi. .il parcheggio indicato su sito come comunale e gratuito non lo è nei mesi estivi e gli spazi per carico-scarico bagagli di fronte H sempre occupati da stesse auto, per cui parcheggio auto complicato e costoso.. Personale cortese ed atmosfera tranquilla. Ci tornerei se meno costoso e in stanza senza porta comunicante.Manuela
