FULL CENTER! In the heart of Juan-les Pins and 200m from the beaches, this villa perfectly combines comfort and high standing.

Ideally located in a small quiet street in La Pined and in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, this villa is surrounded by a large landscaped garden of 300 m2 with a large Jacuzzi, a covered terrace with a dining table for 8 people and a Weber barbecue. Beautiful living spaces are distributed in this single storey villa and offer you all the necessary comfort for an ideal stay. A dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people seated, a fully equipped American kitchen, a master bedroom with its own shower room, a secondary bedroom with a large bathroom and shower as well as a studio adjoining the bedroom. villa, consisting of its office space and its own shower room. Finally, a desk with a sofa bed can be used as an extra bed.

You can enjoy the nocturnal effervescence of the seaside and the tasting of the fish of the day during a dinner with your feet in the sand.

Enjoy the charms of the town of Juan-les-Pins on foot: its fine sandy beaches, designer boutiques, bars and restaurants. This seaside resort is the meeting point of the Côte d'Azur and the place of creation of the famous water sport very popular during the summer season: water skiing!

Villa Lauriers

We had a comfortable stay in a superbly located house in the centre of Juan-les-Pins. Surprisingly quiet but would have liked more outside space.
