We stayed for one night. Once checked into our room, we realized the room hadn’t been cleaned.. We called the front desk and the staff were absolutely incredible! They apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. This issue was handled immediately, I was very impressed! The property is beautiful, and centrally located. The hot tub/pool area was great! The two queen bed suite was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable. We will definitely return in the future!
