「We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. 「An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals in our travels through Italy (no joke, I was surprised too). "部屋は、受付のある建物とは別棟にあり、バルコニー付きで、周りの山が見渡せて、すがすがしい朝の空気が楽しめました。部屋は清潔に保たれており、スタッフの対応もよく、快適でした。予想はしていましたが、パジャマの用意はありませんでした。文化の違いのなのでこれもよい体験ではありますが、日本人にはパジャマが用意されていると便利だと感じます。トレント市街からは少し離れていますので、環境は非常によいのですが、移動には車があった方が便利です。レンタカーを借りてドロミテを回ろうという人にはよいかも知れません。私たちは、トレント市街まで歩いて行きましたが、1時間程度の散歩で、これもまた楽しい思い出です。"
