"Yes everything was nice, But you had state teams with high school so you knew they were coming. Staffing was not adjusted for check in and restaurant and bar. Seniors were offered help with their bags because no elevator. They had difficulty climbing the stairs. You need to ask if senior or need elevator then put on the bottom floor. I’m sure this is not the only complaint you had. What about the ADA law. "
