Hotel was clean and tidy staff. Staff wad helpful and friendly. Location had good bus links, though bus never on time. There is a tram line minutes away but suspended. Lots of nice eateries, supermarket close by. I had a lovely system headset if hotel. Breakfast was good, but the same daily. Bonus was the soup in the evening.

We had a very pleasant stay at Triana Hotel. The location is excellent, the Wi-Fi worked well, and it was a lovely surprise that guests are offered a delicious soup every evening. The breakfast staff and the manager were very friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The only small suggestion is to offer some whole-grain or low-carb bread options for guests with diabetes or those who prefer healthier choices, as only white bread was available. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service. I would gladly stay here again!

Worst hotel stayed ever no water in bathroom then water was not going in shower area then air conditioning was not working the whole time we stayed there the worst experience ever never stay there and ppl don’t we speak any other language than Turkish and when we complained about issues they asked us to adjust and we wanted to approach the manager but ppl in the reception says it’s his sleep time so they can’t disturb the manager wth how come a hotel be this bad and ppl in there don’t value any customer experience I hate staying there and we asked for refund so we can go to different hotel but no one helped it as well what they say is adjust

Altes teilweise renoviertes (realistisches) 2* Hotel. CheckIn und CheckOut zügig. Hotelzimmer klein und überall sehr abgewohnt. Bett sehr kurz. Wlan nicht wirklich nutzbar bzw ohne Verbindung. TV ohne einen einzigsten deutschen Sender. (dafür unzählige Russische, Polnische oder Italienische Kanäle. Klimaanlage alt, laut mit geringer Leistung. Duschwannenträger undicht, Duschabfluss verstopft. Duschamartur falsch herum angeschlossen, dazu Duschbrause + Halterung defekt bzw kärcherähnlicher Strahl. Balkon (Ausblick 5. Etage auf andere Dächer) ohne jegliche Sitzgelegenheit. Für eine Nacht als Stopover (Airport per Auto und Altstadt zu Fuß je ca. 20 Min. entfernt) noch ausreichend - mehr nicht.

Super little hotel with pool

Lovely tidy little hotel just south of the city. She’s an old girl but very comfortable - the swimming pool is a nice touch after a long day! The guys that work there were very friendly and helpful despite the language barriers, very grateful to them for everything!

Nice hotel near the city center

Nice hotel near the city center. It was very good choice for us, because we needed a one night stay before flight. There was everything we needed (air condition, clean room, comfortable bed and breakfast). And the price was very good. Special thanks to the staff, they are helpful and friendly, and also we ordered a transfer to the airport from them, thanks :)

Genel olarak konforlu bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltı açık büfe gayet doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Eksiklere gelirsek; otel genel olarak eski (buzdolabı, klima, wc) bunlar yenilenirse çok daha iyi olur.

Front of house really helpful thank you. Great location, so close to the sea and places to eat. Air con worked fantastic and really soundproof! Wonderful shower, really powerful but small! Housekeeping did clean room well the next day, Onto the negatives I’m sorry: The fridge however didn’t have any Fanta or coke in (reception staff mentioned we would have this and would be refilled daily - it wasn’t, even the next day). Only 2 bottles of water given per day and the second day was just left on the table, not even in the fridge so were very warm. No bin in the bedroom, only bathroom. Breakfast was so disappointing, not a lot of choice and we came at 9:15am both days and most foods almost gone and not being refilled. I understand breakfast will close 45 minutes later but it’s like once it’s gone it’s gone. Hairdryer couldn’t cope being used for more than 2 mins and they didn’t have a replacement to borrow so I had to go out with wet hair at night. The bed topper/sheet was too small to go over two people on the bed - really strange size. The hotel suited our purpose well for 2 nights due to location and reason for visit in Lara but otherwise I wouldn’t come again. We would like to say thank you to the night staff for being so welcoming to us on our first night.
