It is very dirty hotel and the specification mentioned in the website are not correct. There is no AC, WC and shower are in 5th floor and the room in the ground floor. There is no window in the room for air circulation and the room is very hot. The door lock is not working from the inside and outside door hand is broken. I can advise other to stay away from this hotel.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!

I booked Ozgur hotel in my original booking.When I arrived there they told me that there's no room available at Ozgur hotel and told me that they can provide a room at their sister hotel Denizbank! What a joke! I said ok and went to Denizbank hotel.The room was horrible, it was in state of unfinished building,no curtain,no door handle,very poor hygiene,bed sheets were footy.Over all disgusting experience! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THESE HOTELS! YOU WILL GET MOST LIKELY SCAMMED!

What an absolute dump of a place. The air con pipe drained into a 5 litre bottle that you had to empty, daily. The electric distribution board had no cover so it was open to the elements. The socket in the bathroom right besides the sink was open and exposed to the water as the hairdryer was wired directly into the back of it. The wardrobe has basically like a pendulum swing and was falling apart, being held up by a set of drawers. The wifi was atrocious and hardly worked. Every night you could hear the noise coming from the front desk and kept you awake until the staff decided to be quiet

it was dirty and noisy. We arrived at 11pm in the night and were given the complete wrong bedroom. I paid for 'garden view' double bedroom with two single beds. I was given tiny room with one double bed and was told to separate the beds myself with no offer of extra blankets. I then went to use the toilet and the hole toilet seat fell. I asked for room change the next day and they gave another dirty bedroom with no curtains and the toilet would not flash. I tried to be patient with it and then on the third day, we came back from sightseeing to rest at the hotel and it looked like some men had slept on my bed in my absence because there was soooo much men hair on my bed which looked absolutely cleaned in the morning when I left. I had the biggest headache with my stay at this hotel that in the end I had to pay another hotel 260 to stay for the extra nights I was in Antalya. When i left the hotel and checked out two nights earlier than my stay there, The manager did nothing for me. It was almost as though they had over booked and they wanted me to leave so that they could offer that room to someone else. Honestly I've never experience anything like it before. I was shocked and disgusted that how do all these travel websites get away with advertising a hotel like ozgur hotel.
