「There’s a lot of bad things I could say about this cabin. But the worst thing was (the wiring). I was worried the cabin would catch on fire. Some of the light fixtures were loose in the walls. Especially the kitchen. We did not use the hot tub. We were informed that if water was spilled out it would trip the electric breaker box.」

「This home was clean and exactly as described in the listing. It was very conveniently located had everything we needed. It was great for a one-night stay. I probably would not want to stay longer than that, as it wasn't the most comfortable home -- but that would never stop me from staying another one-night stay here! It's great for what we needed.」

「The minute my friend and I walked into this cottage, we wanted to call it home. The place was clean and had every little thing you could imagine needing or forgot to bring. Kimmy had these little personalized notes and all sorts of local menues and activity recommendations if you didnt know what was available. And the deer! We just sat on the porch while they grazed right there in the yard. When I return to WV I plan to reserve this place again.」

Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well organized. The home had the perfect amount of amenities, and the information provided about the surrounding area was incredibly helpful.

「Loved this place! It was such an adorable, quaint property. For those who enjoy nature, the wildlife was amazing - watching fawns roam across the field and all the birds was awesome. My family of 5 loved it so much. It butts right up against the national park which made checking out the sights very easy. The pictures are exactly as those listed online. The host was lovely and provided some tips and links to local activities. If we ever return to New River Gorge would 100% come back to this...

「Our family enjoyed the quiet cabin. Only 25 min from our rafting tour. The fireplace gave off a lot of heat and the hot tub was also nice for warming up and relaxing after rafting. Memory foam beds were firm but comfy. The attention to detail with all the bears in the decor was a nice touch, along with the handmade soaps. I would recommend Apple Maps instead of google, which took us to the neighboring cabin.」
