「The setting is amazing and the cabin is quaint. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Although it is listed as Cavendish, it is a good 45 mins away from Cavendish. The host was friendly and attentive」

「The whole place was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. It was -13 out and it did not take long at all to heat the place up with the wood stove. The place was super clean, tidy, cozy, filled with the things you would need to cook, do laundry, relax, and feel right at home. Highly recommended!!!」

「Unfortunately, the charging station was unavailable... Very disappointing on that point! Also, we didn't know how to use the BBQ? Except these disadvantages, we enjoy our vacation to Red sands!」

「Perfect little getaway cabin. I wanted my husband and daughter to really experience the peaceful joys of PEI, and this sweet little cottage was perfect. It had everything we needed to relax, prepare meals, get a good night’s sleep. Our host was wonderful, very attentive, friendly and helpful without ever being overbearing or invasive. The location was wonderful - quick drive to the beach, beautiful farm roads full of scenery! The property was completely hygienic, but could use a good dusting...

「The location was perfect to explore Old Montreal on foot! It’s a little tricky finding temporary parking to unload the vehicle, but we didn’t have to go too far beyond the property for this. The door was a little sticky, so patience and strength was required to access the room a few times. David was very responsive to any inquiries we had! We would definitely stay again!」

「The picture looks better than the actual. Door was made of planks. Floor shook and gave impression the cabin base was unstable. Porch boards broken. Dishes/cutlery/utensils would not be acceptable at a garage sale. Internet was sporadic. Bathroom was updated and clean - a big plus. Host was gracious in response to our visit cut short by Fiona storm. 」
