This new flat offer comfort and proximity to the old town.
Its consists of: an entrance with cupboard. A bright and spacious living room: a beautiful equipped kitchen open to the dining corner. A sitting corner with a TV and an access to the balcony.
2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (160) and le second with 2 single beds (80). Bathroom
Equipment: induction hotplate, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV.
Perfect to visit Annecy and its surrounding with or without a car. Private parking n°155. Bicycle storage.
From October until April, consumptions are in supplement.
Cleaning option : from 45€ to 120€ (depends upon the type of appartment)
