Perfect for up to 3 guests, it enjoys a privileged location along the Thiou river, in a peaceful area just steps away from the train station, bars, and restaurants.

An authentic setting to explore the beauty of Annecy entirely on foot!

This cozy apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed—perfect for one person on a short stay.
It is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (narrow staircase).

For your comfort, the apartment includes practical amenities such as a hairdryer, television, coffee machine, and microwave. Self-service laundromats are conveniently located nearby.

Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the cleaning fee but can be provided upon request for an additional charge.

Nous avons passé 5jours à Annecy ou nous avons exploré les environs et la ville. La position de l'appartement était excellente, à quelques mètres d'un parking, d'un monoprix et de 'a vieille ville.
