"We had a wonderful stay at the Catarina B&B! The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful; and the room and the whole facility were sparkling clean and charming. The homemade breakfast was fantastic, especially the freshly home baked goods every morning. Convenient location, quiet with walking and hiking options, yet close to the city and several restaurants near by. The view of Alps was breathtaking! "

"Un accès difficile aux chambres quand on a des difficultés physique. Le "monte charge" était défectueux... Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent. Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix. "Great location and clean apartments. However the air conditioning was turned off during our stay which cause a panic specially when travelling with toddlers. Afternoon was 30°C and above which made our stay uncomfortable"

"Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this. At that time I did not feel this was needed. Surely following this,,a risk assessment would be carried out for their own hotels insurance. Real lack of compassion towards my welfare and therefore safety of any other guests. Unfortunate"

"Great location. Walking distance from the train station and bus terminal. Short walk to old city and the lake! Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic rain shower with really good water pressure. Breakfast was quite good as they provide farm fresh eggs and the typical French breakfast accompaniments."
