Great staff and room was nice. Stayed at ARI after getting off ferry from Yarmouth. Other then the long drive(90 mins), inn was very comfortable. Breakfast was smal, but good.

The room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine. Really this older; yet, refurbished motel was comfortable and clean. So, 5 star except for: would have liked a sheet change every 2 days; but, no sheet change during our 4 day stay, only 1 window to open in the unit, and couldn't since it had no screen, intermittently loud refrigerator had to be shut off at night. Didn't care for heavy bed spread, since doubted it was washed often. Otherwise, fabulous responsive owner, great location...
