"There is absolutely NO soundproofing between the upstairs unit and our VRBO unit. The upstairs guests had to have been wearing clunky shoes and were constantly walking around. The cannabis they were smoking filled our unit and the outside door was constantly banging close. This lasted well after the noise curfew until 3am. No matter how many times we contacted the VRBO owner, the situation was never resolved."
