"Clean room"

"Room was clean and nice. Staff at the front desk was extremely rude, stood at the front desk to check in for almost 45 minutes, turns out the front desk guy was in the back taking a personal call but the staff in the morning doing breakfast was amazing. Also tell me how a hotel runs out of pillows? We asked for extra pillows upon arrival & was told they didn’t have any. "

We also really appreciate the attention to detail that you took the special requests and you being quick attentive hosts - it was amazing! We are so happy that we were able to stay here over Valentine's Day weekend. It was wonderful, and made our trip that much better. We would highly recommend to others. A nice bonus is that it was steps away from the Lake trail path, even in winter it was a lovely outdoor stroll. Thanks again!"
