The Direct Beach Access is just a block and a half straight down Willow Avenue! This Anna Maria rental has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms with two additional powder rooms.
The open living space has high ceilings, abundant natural lighting and tropical views, with a large tv for movie nights and plenty of seating for everyone. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has ample counter space, stainless-steel appliances and gas range to cook an amazing island meal. Additionally, there is a large walk-in pantry behind the sliding barn door to ensure you have room to store your all grocery necessities. Share homemade meals at the formal dining area or outdoor table under the covered patio that will stay cool with plenty of ceiling fans. Practice making island-inspired mixed drinks at the large outdoor bar!
The primary bedroom boasts a luxury feel with direct access to the second-floor balcony and a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a stand-alone soaking tub. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms will put a smile on your guest's faces with ample room for vacation necessities, natural lighting, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the third floor is a large 85” TV for family movie nights and a sleeper sofa, with a half-bath bathroom to ensure guests stay comfortable.
