Island Breeze is our elevated beach house on Beach Ave located 5 houses to the beach! That's a lot of beach in one sentence! With such a great location, it's worth repeating.

The perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces await your family vacation. The main living space is on level two and includes kitchen, dining area and living room and two bedrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee in one of the rocking chairs on the front verandah which also includes a patio dining table and chairs for four.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and En-suite bathroom, and the guestroom has two twin beds and easy access to the hall bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The heated pool and spa are the highlights of the fenced in backyard. With pool loungers, Adirondack chairs,a charcoal grill and covered poolside lounger area with a TV, this is the place to enjoy the island breezes.

Island Breeze is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
