Fabulous house in a great location with tons of extra amenities to enjoy (books, games, kayaks) that really makes the stay extra special. There are so many areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors at this house: poolside, down by the canal, the upstairs patio, the back patio and much more. The back upstairs screened-in porch was our favorite part of this incredible house. We loved our time here and really enjoyed the fun Florida vibe the house provided, and the short walk to the incredible AMI beaches is of course a major plus.

Family Fun

The spacious 3 bedroom house was perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub. Located within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and shops. An added bonus was seeing manatees while kayaking!

We loved our stay at this property. Already book return trip for next year. The location was perfect. It was very private and peaceful during our stay. The house included every thing we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. See you next year!

Very nice, could have been better.

Property was very nice, the detail cleaning could have been better the door frame from the deck into the house could have been cleaner as well as above the door frames. Also using the garage was difficult. The lower entry pad did not work and had to go upstairs and come down everytime we wanted to park the car/cart inside. I went to the office as directed to get a remote but they said they said never had one. This was a little frustrating.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for our family. Being close to the beach and away from the busy part of the island was great. The house was nice and clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The only issue we had is that the beds were not very comfortable and are very stiff. The pool and hot tub worked great. It was nice having the dock in the canal to fish from and launch the kayaks. I highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a private location close to the beach!

Lacking supplies.

There are absolutely no condiments spices or anything to get you started. Not enough toilet paper or paper products to last a family for a week. Be sure to take everything you might need or at least enough to get you through the first day or two so you can go shopping.

Covid winter getaway

We enjoyed this house! It was very clean and very spacious! Only a few problems the key pad lock did not work and someone came to fix it and then could not fix and we never heard about it again. Then the dead bolt did not work as well which posed a problem for our 19 month old that kept opening the door. In addition pool never appeared to be heated which we asked about but were told it was the correct temp?

Excellent Home

We had a fantastic time at this property. Pool was great, location was great, beach was gorgeous and easy to stay away from other people. Plenty of umbrellas and beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. I've rented 3 homes on vacations before and this one by far had the best stock of pots and pans and utensils! The neighbor Scott was very nice and greeted us as soon as we arrived. He even hopped on a bike and showed my husband where the beach access was. (all though the directions provided in the book inside the home were sufficient). The decor was pretty and it was nice to have the master seperated from the other 2 rooms. My girls enjoyed having their own room. Would definitely rent this house again if we go back!

Covid Summer Vacation

Wonderfully private property with beautiful view of the pool and dock from the porch. We had a fishing charter pick us up right off the dock and saw a manatee swim up to the dock while we were waiting for the boat. Lots of beach chairs and pool floats as well as a kayak and ping pong table to enjoy. The Sea Grape beach access provides a very secluded spot on the beach everyday!

Love AMI and this home!

The home is amazing! We were looking for a house with a large enough pool for the kids to play, a dock for my son to fish and a location at the north end to have a quieter beach vacay! This home delivered. The view of the canal is beautiful and lots of great spots to relax after a day playing at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was only 2 blocks from the beach once we found the hidden beach access. For the price Of the home stay, just wish the dishes and sauté pans were on par.

Beautiful House with Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The check-in process was very easy and the property manager was great in responding to a couple questions we had. The property is beautiful—we loved using the heated pool and spa every day! The house came stocked with plenty of beach towels which was a plus! We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

Nice place but the half eaten rat in the back yard rat

Rat problem droppings in basement half eaten one in the backyard and a bait station out front . Not to mention the noise ordinance. The neighbor called the police for people talking in the hot tub after 10

Beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed time fishing on the dock and in the pool and hot tub. The beach is very close to the house and enjoyed time walking along the beach collecting shells. Home kept very clean.

Loved the house and location.

The house has a nice open floor plan so everyone can enjoy being together while cooking, eating or watching a movie when raining. The 3 bedrooms are very pretty and comfortable. We enjoyed mornings out and afternoons by the pool. Had a few consistent visitors on the dock that we enjoyed each day and took many pictures of. It's a very quick walk to beautiful beaches. Cute area. You HAVE to try the "Donut experiment". Not only was it delicious but fun and a very creative idea. Would definitely come back when coming to this area. Property manager VACASA was very responsive to any questions we had or responding to any issues. We were there during a storm, lost power briefly and AC died. They were there within hours and all was well
