Beautifully Updated Home North End of Island, Screen lanai Grill and beach gear

We are excited to announce that our popular Island rental is back on the market! It has been undergoing a complete remodel for the past year, and the transformation is stunning.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideally located on the north end of Anna Maria Island, directly across from the beach, with beach access just a short walk away. The lot across the street is currently cleared, offering unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf.

The home features a brand-new interior with a fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and quartz counters, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. The living room offers high ceilings and sliding glass doors that open to a spacious screened lanai. Relax and enjoy the Gulf breezes and beautiful sunsets right from your lanai!

The beautiful beaches of the North End are just minutes away. We are confident you won't be disappointed!

The house was clean and very well located, which we appreciated. However, the overall level of amenities was quite poor considering the price. For example, beach loungers, which were explicitly mentioned in the listing, were not available. The most significant issue, however, was the severe noise disturbance. A neighboring house, directly adjacent to the property, is currently undergoing major renovations. This resulted in constant construction noise, which significantly affected our stay. Unfortunately, the host did not inform us about these works in advance. Had we been aware of this, we would not have booked the property. When we raised the issue, our complaint was dismissed, and the host claimed to have no knowledge of the renovation. This is difficult to believe, as the entire exterior of the neighboring building is being refurbished—a process that clearly has been ongoing for some time. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were positive aspects, the lack of transparency and the significant disturbance made the stay disappointing.

This place was so perfect! Great view of the Gulf, very clean and beautifully decorated. The managing company answered questions promptly. Location was very close to restaurants and shopping, and walking path to the beach was very close also.

Host was great but the unit lacked some important details (to me). There was a coffee maker but not even a single pod of coffee. Im used to having to bring creamer but I’ve never stayed somewhere without coffee. There also aren’t any kid friendly cups or plates whatsoever. There was also a huge piece of the driveway that was missing and my toddler kept tripping on it. The interior was beautiful- just like the photos. The only area really needing some TLC is the master bath - the shower curtain is really disgusting at the bottom where the fabric has gotten wet and is covered in mold. The bathroom fan is dusty. And the tile edge trim on the shower isn’t attached so it’s like stepping on loose tile.

By far my favorite place I have stayed. Everything we needed was provided. Honestly could not have asked for a better hose and amenities. Restaurants were a short drive away and the beach was beautiful. Looking forward to booking again next year.
