Fantastic staff and breakfast in the heart of Anka

I stayed for one night and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is centrally located, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay – it won't be an overstatement to say that the staff was the true highlight of my stay! Many thanks to all these wonderful and dedicated people. The room was small but clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also on the smaller side, but everything was well-maintained. The open buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. There was a smart TV in the room with Netflix and other platforms, but unfortunately I couldn't get them to work. One strange thing happened at check-in: I asked about upgrading to a Junior Suite for more space, and the receptionist discouraged it, adding that it would cost 1500TL to upgrade, even though the online price difference was closer to 400TL. A bit confusing (why miss the opportunity to upsell?), but it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the stay. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a short, comfortable visit with excellent service and a great breakfast.

Kızımızın Bilkent üniversitesinden mezuniyeti dolayısıyla 1 gece konakladık.Ankaraya özellikle son 4 senedir kızımı ziyarete sıklıkla geldik ancak burada ilk defa konakliyoruz.Acik bir şekilde ifade edebilirim ki otel ekibinin güler yüzlü yaklaşımı, oda temizliği, özellikle çok fazla kahvaltı alışkanlığımız olmasa da dikkat çekici sabah kahvaltısı sunumları çok başarılıydı.Emegi geçen herkesi tebrik ediyorum, başarılarının devamını diliyorum. Ankara'ya yolu düşen ve konaklama yapacak herkese tavsiye ederim.

Odalarda kalıp sabun yerine şampuan adında vucuttan çıkmayan bir deterjanla yıkanmak zorunda kaldık, katı kalıp sabun talep ettim ama kullanamadıklarını söylediler. Odaların tavan yüksekliği çok alcak olduğu için içerisi çok basıktı. Odada 2 ayrı seçenek yastık vardı ama ikisinde de rahat edemedim. Genel olarak şık görünümlü ucuza kaçılmış bir işletme.
