Güleryüzlü ve güzel hizmet

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Odalar biraz küçük olsa da temiz ve konforlu. Tunalı ve Kızılay’a yürüme mesafesinde, konumu gayet iyi. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve gayet yeterli. Güzel deneyim için otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.

Çalışanlar inanılmaz tatlı, otelin konsepti komple çok tatlıydı. Odalar tertemiz dalin sabundan çubuk krakerine kadar düşünülmüş. Tek kötü yanı otoparkının olmaması. Çok memnun kaldık konaklamamızdan.

Sese hassas değilseniz tercih edin

Buzdolabı çok ses çıkartıyor uyutmadı en son fişini çekmek zorunda kaldım, sabah 9da süpürge yapıldı koridorda sesine uyandım. Sabah süpürge saati bence misafirlerin konforu açısından biraz erken. Pencereyi açınca da işlek bir cadde üstünde olduğu için gece olsa bile araba sesi duyabilirsiniz. Onun dışında personel ilgili, yatak rahat, her şey gayet temizdi. Sese benim kadar hassas değilseniz tercih edebilirsiniz.

Otel yeni, temiz. Oda ufak olmasına rağmen çok konforlu. Personel harika. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve yardıma hazır durumda. Çıkış yapacağımız gün bardan filtre kahve istedim. Barda görevli hanımefendi yanıma geldi ve zamanımım olup olmadığını sordu çünkü kahveyi yeniden demlemek istediği, var olan kahvenin ne zaman yapıldığını bilmediği, kendisinin içmeyeceği şeyi bize de servis edemeyeceğini söyledi. Çok ince ve güzel bir davranıştı. Çalışan, yardımcı olan herkese teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz.
