Hotels.com'un sayfasında araç garajı olduğu söylenmesine rağmen resepsiyon görevlileri otelin yan tarafında ücretli garaj olduğunu söylediler. İtiraz etmeme rağmen dikkate alınmadı. Odama çıktığımda maalesef ilk dikkatimi çeken odanın Hotels.com'un sayfasında yer alan oda ile ilgisi olmadığı idi. Sayfada verilen m2 ile alakası yoktu. Çok küçüktü ve temizlik kötüydü. Havlular dahi kirliydi. Elbise asmak için gardrop yoktu, odanın içinde basit bir ahşap askılık vardı. Banyoda temizlik sabunu dahi yoktu. Odanın kapısı kilitlenmediği için odayı değiştirmek zorunda kaldım. Kısacası otel benim için tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Resepsiyon görevlilerinin ilgisi olmasaydı berbat olarak değerlendirirdim, fakat ilgiden dolayı kötü olarak değerlendiriyorum.

Odalar temizdi neden bilmiyorum ama odada 2 berjer olması gerekirken 1 tane vardı. Birde gece banyoda anlamsız bir yerden su gelmiş yaklaşık 2-3 litre kadar banyo zemini ıslanmıştı harici herşey çok güzeldi sürekli konakladığım bir yer tercig ederken tereddüt etmiyorum

Odanın balkonu olmadığı için sigara oda içerisinde içiliyor bu sebeple odaya girdiğinizde yoğun bir kötü koku var. Banyo tarafı da kötü rutubet kokuyordu. Oda Hiç temiz değildi banyoda yerde kıllar vardı yerler hiç süpürülmemiş ayağınızın altına birşeyler yapışıyor sürekli. Banyodaki halılarda kıl tüy vardı .
