"Nice place, very relaxing, idyllic location, next to the river. We were there in low season, so regretfully the restaurant and swimming pool were closed and there wasn't much to do, but the hotel is lovely and run by very nice people. Rooms are adequate and clean, could do with some basic coffee making equipment and the hot water situation for the shower was not always clear, but otherwise we had a nice stay"

It’s a beautiful haven of tranquility set in a spectacular landscape with the call to prayer reasoning down the valley. We highly recommend a break here. "It is a nice place to relax by the pool, but really there’s nothing else to do there. Unfortunately, we had a large cockroach in our bathroom, which was covered with ants eating on the carcass. That was quite unfortunate. We also did not have a way to turn on the air conditioner. "

"I was honored to be the first guest after the reopening post-pandemic. I especially enjoyed the meals on the terrace overlooking the Ourika Valley. The Kasbah is located in a rather vertical village known for its ceramic work. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was well decorated and spacious. "If i could give 6 stars for the staff i would. Morocco is fast becoming the number 1 tourist destination with investment in luxury hotels marrakech is no exception...This hotel is a little out of town but has an excellent local bus service or taxis. The park and hotel are clean and safe. A special mention should go the the grounds team who design an keep the fardens. If like me an elderly traveller you need space away from the family area. This is catered for with a fantastic adults only pool and separate dinning room. . Love this hotel. "
