Lucas and his family were the most amazing hosts. We had a phenomenal few days and didn’t want to leave! This part of the island is spectacular and we enjoyed the accomodation and the beautiful food at the hotel as well as the surrounding area. Thank you for everything, this exceeded all expectations.

Excelente viagem que tivemos. A Pousada é pé na areia numa praia deliciosa que era praticamente só pra nós! Tudo muito bem cuidado, além de um serviço maravilhoso! Recomendo muito!

Wir durften eine wundervolle Zeit bei Lucas und seiner Familie verbringen. Die Pousada ist wunderschön und alles liebevoll gestaltet und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl! Danke für die schönen Tage, die tollen Gesprächr mit der Gastgeber Familie und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Der Service war einer der besten die ich jemals hatte. Das Personal und vor allem Gabriel war so nett und zuvorkommend das es den Aufenthalt doppelt so schön gemacht hat. Wenn ich wieder zurück komme will ich wieder diese Unterkunft nehmen. Der Transfer vom Taxi Boat und zurück bis zum Frühstück am Strand was man sich selber aussuchen kann zum Reinigungsservice und die eigenen Bootstouren waren wir vollkommen versorgt. Ein wahrer Traum die Insel und die Unterkunft und das Personal 1000/10

Un super moment hors du temps sur cette belle plage d’Aracatiba, à l’écart du monde. L’hôtel est l’un des plus beau de la plage, on s’y sent super bien ! Big up à Lucas qui est super sympa, hyper agréable et très aidant. Petit bémol : une fois à Aracatiba, pour se rendre à Villa Abrao et faire les différentes activités (notamment la marche pour Lopes Mendes) il faut payer un private boat et ça coûte cher. Sinon, il est tout à fait possible de rester à Aracatiba (ce que nous avons fait) et de profiter de cette jolie partie de l’île (plages, randonnées, tours en bateau proposé par l’hôtel…). Je recommande :)

Pousada Belas Aguas is delightful. The charming owners and went out of their way to make us feel at home snd arrange boat outings and transportation to and from the airport for us. It is the most attractive of the pousadas we saw in the village, with newer, freshly painted buildings, light-filled rooms, and its own little beachfront adjacent to the main beach. The loft rooms have a kind of ladder to the loft with the larger bed; its not for anyone with mobility issues. There is no dock so you need to be able to get i n and out of the boat in the beach in a bit of water, and one of the boat outings includes a steep-ish half hour hike. We loved it and already miss Lucas and his family. Thank you!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und die Cocktails richtig gut. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Einzige, was uns nicht ganz zugesagt hat, war das Essen – das hat leider nicht unseren Geschmack getroffen. Außerdem hätten die Antworten über WhatsApp manchmal etwas schneller sein können. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

This boutique hotel both has so many thoughtful touches and modern amenities while also feeling like a relaxed jungle treehouse escape. The views are incredible and breakfast on the beach is delicious and serene. The owners were incredibly helpful with every detail and question. We arrived by 20-min private speed boat which was a luxurious and delightful part of the experience. Good WiFi and A/C and beautiful decor and new bathrooms. The food at the restraurant was delicious featuring locally-caught seafood. Next to the hotel are several other cute hotels with their own relaxed beach bars with different types of music for watching the gorgeous sunsets. We also took out one of the hotel kayaks at sunset which was magical. Would definitely visit again.

Pousada Belas Águas – Ilha Grande A True Paradise in Araçatiba An amazing place, wonderful hospitality, and the warm, personal, family-style care from Letícia and Lucas truly turn this place into a paradise on the beachfront of Araçatiba. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and spotless, built like charming wooden cabins. Each one features a hammock on the balcony and a breathtaking sunset view facing the sea. There is a pristine, untouched beach right next to the hotel where you can choose to enjoy the excellent breakfast. The hotel restaurant offers a diverse local menu with outstanding quality. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation, surrounded by beautiful beaches in the area, must come here. The hotel staff is welcoming and friendly. You can arrange transportation from the nearby village connected to Angra dos Reis or book a private transfer directly to the hotel — all options are available, including boat tours that pick you up directly from the hotel’s beach. Perfect!
