The room is clean however the bed is old and noisy, you can feel the spring. The place looks old and looks like not well maintained. To reach the place, you have to pass by a crowded small street.

The ambience is good, the staff are helpful & accommodating, the room is small, the confirmation gave the wrong town Angono instead of Antipolo, so we went to the wrong place first, I did not get my senior citizen discount

Luljettas was a wonderful experience. Coming from America this is authentic Filipino resort complete with roosters crowing and dogs barking in the distance and workers working. The room and bathroom was super tiny and we felt a bit exposed being so far away from the tourist locations. The bed was comfortable and clean. Regardless - if you want a real experience - go for it. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 5 star resorts in pretentious areas of the world.

No internet in the room. No phone to contact lobby for concerns. Informed the person at the lobby, assured us that she will send someone over. After waiting for so long, we just gave up and figured no one is coming. We stayed at room 605

There are staff who are insensitive of customers needs... we book through online and it says there that we have full spa access, however, at the reception we are informed that it is a separate package so just to avail of the spa and massage I decided to pay for it but to my dismay they told me that since all masseurs were fully booked we can only enjoy the sauna but not the massage. Also, i called them if they can deliver breakfast, the front desk told me that it is only for service take out so I proceeded at the restaurant but the staff said it is not allowed, the worst thing is that they ignored me even though I’ve waited long. I spend almost 15k and it is not worth it.
