"Loved how big our room was and the layout. Had everything we needed. Conveniently located near the KeyBank Center for our concert. Very walkable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the A/C kept kicking on and off all night instead of the fan just staying on. It kept waking me up. The bed and pillows were super comfy though."

"The rooms were clean . The bed was firm in our room . The parking was good when got there. We we got back from the venue we were at we had to park clear out back by the dumpster. The morning per was very friendly during our checkout experience. We didn't have breakfast but it was a free breakfast if you chose to eat. "

"We found the rooms in this hotel to be beautiful and spacious. The check-in process was seamless. The only complaint from our party was that the pillows could have been better, but we would stay there again."
