The attic apartment is located on the first floor above our pottery studio and the garage. There is a parking space on the street in front of the house (next to the garden fence). The living/sleeping area is separated by a folding screen. The fold-out couch is only suitable for small children to sleep on. There is a built-in closet with hangers and a desk for working. The 180x200 upholstered bed has separate mattresses for a restful night’s sleep, and there is a reading light on each side of the nightstands. The windows and balcony door can be darkened with curtains and interior roller shades. The balcony, which overlooks the Moosbach and the surrounding area, is furnished with a table and chairs. The new IKEA kitchen includes a refrigerator, an oven/microwave, and a two-burner induction cooktop. Pots, pans, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine are well-suited for breakfast and simple cooking. Salt and pepper, vinegar and olive oil, coffee capsules, tea bags, as well as dish towels, paper towels, and dish soap are provided. The bathroom, which has a skylight, has been renovated with a new toilet and sink and is equipped with towels, shower gel, soap, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. The hallway is carpeted and furnished with a small bench and a coat rack. There is NO TV, but free Wi-Fi is available. Our vacation rental is intended exclusively for tourist stays. Unfortunately, we cannot rent to workers or contractors. We appreciate your understanding.
