The room was very clean and the staff was 5 star! The only issue was the plumbing. The water was overflowing from a drain in the bathroom floor and there was a sewage odor. Overall, the room, breakfast and staff was exceptional!

Staff service needs supervision by managemen (OJTs are not supported and supervised). Breakfast food quality needs improvement. Windows are not sound proof( noise from road too loud).

Property is beautiful, but staff is very poorly trained. - Does not reply to emails - Room was still not ready by 4:10pm - Asked for copy of booking after received passports, which should be enough for them to lookup my details. - Asked receptionist to arrange taxi service to airport, which they forgot. Almost missed our flight.
