This awesome property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy the huge Smart TV’s, WiFi, Fireplace, or relax on either of 2 Balconies! There is a picnic area with BBQ grills and picnic tables located one building over. Condo parking is in front of the building or trailer parking at the condo entrance area. On-site coin laundry room. No pets and No smoking. Condo located on 3rd floor

Location is, Pinetree Commons, only 2 blocks from Angel Fire Resort Ski Area/Bike Park. Convenient location to the slopes for skiing & snowboarding, and summer biking & hiking.
