Enjoy being close to the Angel Fire ski area while surrounded by the pines in this updated condo. Pinetree 202 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that sleeps up to four. The living room has a sofa that seats three, an electric fireplace, and a Samsung smart TV. The front balcony is accessed through the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all-new full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a standing desk, and in-room sink along with a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower stall. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have access to the rear balcony.
Wi-Fi is provided. There is a stacked washer and dryer. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.
There is a flight of exterior stairs to access the entrance to this condo.

LOCATION: Pinetree Commons is half a mile from the Chile Express chair lift and the Angel Fire Resort base area. It is 2.6 miles (7 minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 3.6 miles (7 minutes driving) from Monte Verde Lake.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.
WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
