"Excellent staff, clean environment and good breakfast."

"The hotel is nice and clean, and has great amenities. The downside is the front desk staff. The two women at the front desk are horrible. They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees at check-in. Their attitudes never improved, I watched others check in throughout the evening, and their attitudes never improved when guests were checking in."

Only reason for 4 stars & not 5 is strict policy about visiting. Was going to have my brother over for dinner, but no visitors allowed. Probably my fault for not completely checking the house rules ahead of booking."

The property is located in a nice neighborhood convenient to everything, was extremely clean, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the host was very responsive. Definitely a five star property and would stay here again the next time we are in town visiting family. "
