They moved us 2times and wanted to move us for the 3rd time. I told them NO and that we were leaving. Also had no idea that we are not allowed to have visitors while staying here. 「建物は古く、メンテナンスは十分になされておらず、廊下の壁は壊れ、エレベーターは遅く、室内では点灯しないスタンド、通電していないコンセント、蛇口のレバーが外れているなど問題が多かったです。wifiは安定していました。ハイウェイ側に泊まると車の騒音が気になる部屋があります。朝食はついておらず、駐車場は無料です。治安については市全体は悪くないのですが、このホテルのセキュリティと客層の低さについては要注意という感じでした。車での移動の拠点としては、可です。価格の割に合わない感じ」

「The room was not clean. There were many cockroaches and ants throughout the room. The bedsheets had several stains, and I couldn’t tell if they had been properly cleaned or replaced. Only one sheet was provided, which made the stay uncomfortable. The shower curtain had mold on it and smelled bad. The air conditioner was also not cold enough, making the room uncomfortable. 「I am not used to rooms not being carpeted. But the linoleum was bubbling up in the middle of the walking path. The room is what I would expect from the location. I wasn't expecting a 5 star resort. But for what is was it's what I expected. The breakfast was very basic, and only had 3 tables which were taken, So I ate in my room. But all in all not bad from what I expected.」

「This was the worst experiences I have EVER had. They have a huge infestation of cockroaches. When I arrived, someone was peeing on the side of the building. That should have been my first clue. 「The rooms are in poor condition and the sheets are all stained. The woman manager is customer service oriented though and very helpful- she was great and trying her best to accommodate needs. The man manager there is terrible. He has no idea what customer service means and if you would like to stay in business the woman is great, but reconsider having the man there because you will no longer have clients. The reviews online should be more accurate to know what to expect from this property.」
