"My wife wanted to hike Bushkill Falls for Mothers Day, which is how we found this place. Its location was perfect in relation to Bushkill so that made our weekend very easy. The home itself was as described. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family (there was 7 of us!). My son loved the pool table, dart board, and built in arcade games (ok, maybe that last one was me - got to revisit Street Fighter from my childhood!). The owners could not have been nicer - so approachable...

"This is not your typical vacation rental. Elam goes above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay to the max. There are so many little personal touches that are fun to discover and you will not be at a loss of things to do, from a beautiful sauna, hot tub and pools to game rooms stocked with games, books and lovely lounge areas. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics plus extras that I don't typically see in rentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed a week at this home for Spring Break. It was a nice stay. The kitchen is adequately stocked, even with a large pots for cooking for a group (I always bring my own just in case, but the home had what I needed.) The babbling brook behind the house was a nice, unexpected pleasure to sit by and read. The sauna works nicely, although I didn't use it as much as I thought I would. The tv's enable you to access pretty much any streaming service you may want to watch, which is great. Good...

"Quiet, cozy and relaxing property surrounded by naturally beautiful setting! We had a very relaxing time and the host made sure all our questions were answered promptly, very easy to deal with. The owners leave no stone unturned when seeing that their guests are comfortable and well provided for. If we were to come back to NJ for a visit in a heatbeat we'd choose to come back here!!"

"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"Unclear about extra fees and charges before checking in. There’s a charge for parking at $15/night. Deposit is $50/night. None of this info was disclosed on hotel website or third party one. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned thoroughly. Dishes were dirty, no ice machines in hotel where they offer kitchens. Had to switch rooms first night due to them being unprepared n not having the proper equipment needed to remove extra lock. Just a lot of inconveniences that could of be avoided if proper...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and the view from the property was perfect. It was clean and tidy. We were completely relaxed enjoying the view from the deck. The property was minutes from Bushkill Falls and other awesome hiking trails were a short drive away. Instructions for check-in and out were clear and Patrick the host was responsive to all our questions. Would definitely want to visit this property again!!"
