Perfect Lake Hartwell Getaway - Gorgeous Lake Views!

  • Lake living at its best: Amazing views, deep water with a perfect location steps from the shoreline and for you Tiger fans this property is ten minutes from Clemson. Waterfront point lots that are this close to the water are extremely rare. This house is only a very short ride from Clemson Marina and the Walker Course. This spacious open concept home includes 5 private bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and a huge deck with fantastic views. The views from the indoor and outdoor living spaces which overlook the water are simply breathtaking. This new construction property includes a private boat dock, pool table, basement bar and upscale game room. The house sits in a cove that is great for a multitude of water sports as well as fishing and swimming adventures. A two person kayak and paddle board are available to enjoy. Previous renters have commented on the wonderful neighborhood, beauty of the house, the amazing porch, incredible sunsets from the dock, spectacular views and its easy proximity to Clemson, shopping and restaurants.
