"We booked the room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds because there were 4 of us. We checked in to find the twin beds locked into the wall with no key. There wasn't a phone number in the email confirmation. I tried emailing- no response, not even the next day. I found a phone number on the website, but it didn't go thru. I tried texting, but no response. There were also only 2 towels. When you book a room for 4 people, you expect that 4 people will have a place to sleep. You also expect that there would be a number to contact if you needed help. It was false advertising."

"TIglkak Hostel is a comfortable, inexpensive place to stay. Keep in mind it's a hostel not a hotel so there are shared washrooms and stairs. Nevertheless, everything is extremely clean and our bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. "

"Amazing house with beautiful views! This house was absolutely perfect for my family. It was well suited for kids. We had 5 adults and one child. It was clean, had a great kitchen, the check in process was easy, and the property manager was quick to respond to messages. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We had the best time at this house and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying in the area. "
